!! No repair experience needed !! If you are willing to learn, we will teach you a life-skill that you will never learn anywhere else.

We're on the hunt for a Sales and Customer Support Specialist who is not just an ordinary candidate, but a SUPERSTAR! Someone who's got the drive of a Ferrari and the determination of an Olympic athlete.

We're talking about someone who's not afraid to wear multiple hats and thrive in a buzzing environment. An individual who views challenges as exciting puzzles waiting to be solved. If you've got a knack for making customers' day, and the mere thought of technology sends thrilling shivers down your spine, we need to talk!

Pay Tier

Training Period (60~90 days) = $17.25 / Hour (no repair experience needed, we will train you in-house)

Tier 1 - Perform FOH (front-of-house) duties, phone repair = $17.75 / Hour

Tier 2- Learns how to successfully perform screen replacements for iPad & other tablets = $18.25 / Hour

Tier 3 - Learns how to successfully repair PCs, laptops, consoles (hardware and software) = $19 / Hour

Tier 4 - Learns how to successfully solder charge ports & HDMI ports on tablets and game consoles = $20+ / Hour

If you have prior experience and believe you are a tier 2,3,4 tech you need to show and prove your skill to get that pay tier.

Commission is where the money is at. If you can bet on yourself and close those sales this position will be lucrative for anyone with drive.

If your goal is to learn repair we will provide it but know sales is also part of the job that keeps the lights on for our business.

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION PACKAGES

• Commissions for sales of accessories and device protection products. Motivated individuals can easily make $500+ extra a month in commission/bonus compensation.

KEYS TO SUCCESS

• Some knowledge in repair, sales, and/or customer service is good but not required. We will train the right candidate who is hungry and looking for new opportunity.
• Be able to pass a drug, background, and driving screen
• One or more years of customer service/retail sales experience preferred
• Experience in up-selling and educating customers on products
• Knowledge of the latest technology including and not limited to mobile devices, TVs, laptops, operating systems and other general electronics
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suites
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
• Strong work ethic
• Understands pay is earned not given
